CHEF CREATED PIZZA SAUCES
With over fifteen years of experience in the food industry, Ron, our "Red Seal" certified chef, has blended many different tastes, both basic and exotic. It is through these trials that he has developed our very own, SIGNATURE SAUCE and TRADITIONAL SAUCE!
Our Signature Sauce has a unique tangy taste with a hint of sweetness where as our Traditional Sauce features a tomato garlic taste.
To many pizza lovers, the sauce is the most important component of the pizza. To these people we say...You have got to try our pizza! You will find our sauces unique in the industry and we dare say, you will not be disappointed.
HOMEMADE THIN CRUST
Our pizzas are all made with our own homemade recipe thin crust. However, despite being very proud of this crust, we understand if you would prefer to fill up on our ample toppings rather than our crispy thin crust.
PREMIUM QUALITY CHEESE
We only use premium quality 100% mozzarella cheese with 18% milk fat content (compared to industry standard of 20% or higher). The benefit to you being that our cheese does not break down into oil or grease that pools on top of the pizza.

We are committed to providing our customers with unique NEW TASTES as well as traditional favorites. We are the first to bring BBQ PULLED PORK and MANGO toppings to Winnipegs pizza industry!
